Prayer
Gatherings
“Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders’ labour is in
vain.” Psalm 127 v1
Prayer is
of vital and central importance in the work and witness of
Waringstown Presbyterian Church. The prayer life of our church
family is encouraged to be expressed in various ways both in an
individual and corporate manner.
There is opportunity to
meet together on the third Wednesday evening of
each month between 8pm and 9pm in the Forum at our
monthly central prayer meeting. An informal prayer meeting is also held at 7am on Tuesday mornings in the Upper Room of Cafe Rigmarole.
We meet together for
prayer also at our Sunday services, “First Wednesday”, small
groups, prayer triplets and in the practice of our individual
devotional time.
A Prayer focus
bulletin of suggested topics for prayer is available each month
for your use.
Regular prayer points are issued by the PCI Overseas Board - these can be accessed here
